False FIR against me
I am working abroad now, last time when i was on vecation my neighbour filed a false complaint against me, my wife, brother and one worker.
now i need to go on vecation. can i get bail and is any problem while going back to abroad.
I am staying in Kerala, pathanamthitta dist.
As some of the offences committed are non-bailable you can apply for anticipatory bail. But the problem is that when you apply for anticipatory bail the court might impose a condition that you should not leave the country until the complaint is disposed of. So it's a tricky situation.
