immediately apply for an anticipatory bail and also if the facts in the case are such that no case is made out, the filing of a quashing petition may also be considered. quashing will depend upon the facts of the case. but the anticipatory bail application along with prayer for interim relief has to be filed.

Immediately consult a lawyer and file the anticipatory bail application and try to seek bail from the Honourble Court. The offence are grave in nature pertaining to assault and use of force thereby obstructing the public servant in discharge of his duties.

section 353 Court assault or criminal force to deter public servants from discharge of Duty it is a non bailable offence. similarly section 332 which is voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant form duty. both the sections are Non bailable. whereas section 186 is bailable . hence at this stage of your case and with these sections you should apply for anticipatory bail under section 438 of code of criminal procedure .
