section 353 Court assault or criminal force to deter public servants from discharge of Duty it is a non bailable offence. similarly section 332 which is voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant form duty. both the sections are Non bailable. whereas section 186 is bailable .
hence at this stage of your case and with these sections you should apply for anticipatory bail under section 438 of code of criminal procedure .
