रही हैं तो आप लिखित अबेदन sp ऑफिस में दे सकते है। और अगर फिर भी आपके पाकच्छ में कारवाही नही होती हैं तो आप कोर्ट में केस फाइल कर सकते है।

Although your friend can file a petition before the High Court, under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for quashing the FIR registered against you.

But, if the petition is rejected, and trial is commenced against your friend on the FIR, he will have no other way accept defending himself in the trial.

And if Police is not registering complaint against the directors of the company, then he should file a complaint before the Superintendent of Police of the area stating that the respective Police Station is not registering the complaint.

And if, their Police Superintendent does not take proper steps to direct the respective Police Station to register complaint of your friend, then your friend can file a private criminal case directly before the Judicial Magistrate of the area concerned.
