Fir filed against bank employee by the customer

19-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I'm a bank employee, some incidents done by the customer intentionally ( influenced by the civil servant) in the branch premises. Lodged FIR against me ( bitten, harrasment etc.), And vis a vis by me with disturbance, harrasment of bank employee. Already Bail granted by the court to me. Now complainer wants to withdraw the case against me, but case still in police court / PS ( chargesheet not filled by the Police in the court). So how to withdraw the case now and what to do as Complainer ( poor) unable to give money to police and unable to proceed further.

if you want to withdraw the case by mutual consent then there is two route available. first if all the offences are compoundable then by making an application before the jurisdictional court and if not then try before the high court under section 482.
