I am file fir in 30 days but how many days submit to court charge sheet

in case of punishment is seven years or more, the dhargesheet Is to be filed within ninety days. punishment is less than sixty days, the chargesheet is to be filed within sixty days.
sometimes the police can take more than the stipulated period with a detailed explanation to the court.
however for obtaining bail, the above time span applies.
