To transfer a case from one district court to another, file a transfer petition in the current court stating valid reasons like convenience, bias, or interest of justice. The court will hear both parties and decide whether to transfer the case to the other district court. If approved, the case proceeds in the new court.

In order to transfer a case from one District to another, you need to file a case in the concerned High Court of such State where the current case is going on by filing either a Transfer Suit or Writ Petition.
