What are the guidelines/procedure for registering FIR when there is an allegation of Criminal Medical Negligence against a doctor

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly the allegation needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt, with substantial evidences that would incriminate the doctors involved, then you can proceed with the filing of the complaint, followed by which an FIR would be registered if a prima facie case is made out, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
