Financial fraud happened with a senior citizen uncle

Relationship formed on what’s app chats, some intimate text chats done, the lady started asking for money on the pretext that her divorce lawyer has taken out the chat details and threatening to show it to her husband whose case will become strong and will not give house / alimony post divorce. Every time an emergency is created that lawyer is asking for money, if not paid, the husband with his goon will come to the house create ruckus. Please help. Lawyers name and number never shared.

well sir have to file a complaint regarding this or what action have you taken so far with respect to this situation. now between all these things going on what action do you wish to take against them.

In your case that lady is just trying to fetch out your hard earned money and nothing else. According to me there is no lawyer involved in the story. Just send her a legal notice regarding your grievances and warn her to stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at her risk only. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if the divorce is not granted then at least some case has been made out , be it dv, separation or the first motion anything..if the name of the person can be shared and where the divorce petition is filed then the details can be procured very easily. the name of the other lawyer can also be lnown
