1 My ex boyfriend has taken money from in installments first on the name of marriage that he will marry me if I help & then by blackmailing me that he will send my nudes & videos to my family & in public (10lac)
2 He is from another state and I am from MP, how do I file complaint I am afraid to come up in public
3. Can Any law destroy or take his phone from him as he still has all pic and videos me there and if I file any complaint and he comes to know if it he will post those or send to every1

yes, u can file an FIR against your ex boyfriend under various sections of B.N.S 2023 for blackmailing, committing voyeurism, and also Information Tecnology Act. police has power to seize his Mobile and take appropriate action against him.
