Filling application to expedite trial

An fir was filed in 2020 under IPC 304 A , IPC 336 and IPC 36 ( electrocution ) the criminal case registered in March 2021. I have filled discharge petition a . I had requested one lawyer to try quashing petition ; although the petition matter was not discussed .Thereafter the petition was disposed that the matter may be submitted at appropriate time during trial . Now can I apply at high court to expedite the trial proceedings as I have all proofs and some fabricated document also submitted .

Firstly you tell me weather charge has been framed in your case. If yes then file revision against that charge before session court and if revision petition is dismissed then go to ld. court against that order. But you haven't mentioned here the stage of your case which is very necessary for proper legal advice. you can also file quashing petition before high court to quash FIR.

Yes, you can and moreover you can go for the quashing under section 528 of bnss. if there is no prima facie case made out against you. The offenece of section 354A is crime against women and it has been to be dealt diligently and by a competent lawyer.
