Hi i have a case where wife lodged and DV act because her husband push him from the fourth floor.He told her to that he is with her and sent her to mayka.its been 7months as he promised that he will take care of her but now he blocked her and her entire family and said he was thinking of himself.He promised to stay with her so she didnot taken any legal action.but now she wants to seek help from court and wants justice.now girl is physically disabled while boy is pretending to be disable .

Q: Non payment of Apprentice stipend

Dear Sir/Ma'amI am an apprentice at SBI bank and I joined bank on 2 April 2025. I have been working for more than three months and haven't received my stipend yet. According to the contract we signed the bank is required to pay monthly 15000 on the 10 of succeeding month. However we are yet to receive any of it. We tried to contact to the HR but they said there is technical problem due to which the stipend is not yet credited. However a technical problem should have been resolved until now. I

You can knock the doors of labour commissioner in this case, by simply extending an application there in the office, if you come under the jurisdiction of Dharamshala then near consumer commission there is a office of labour inspector whom you can raise your plea

Q: Medical college bond after completion of superspeciality course

I’m doing superspeciality in goverment medical college which is doctorate level degree. They are asking me to serve bond after completion of my course to the state of Himachal. Is it possible to avoid that bond at any cost ?

Q: Crazy person tried to run me over with his car in front of my friends.

On 7th may, 2025 my girlfriend's ex tried to deliberately run me over with his car multiple times.I was walking on the road with my friends, 4 were females and 2 were males.Her ex came in a car with few of his friends and tried to run me over multiple times and got out of their cars with metal rods.I had never been in contact with that guy and had nothing to do with what happened.I sorted things out with that guy but I am still concerned about my safety as we are in the same college.
