filing of wrong documents or wrong Court orders in criminal matter

The accused in a criminal matter U/s 404, 420, 506 r/w 34 of cr pc filed High court orders of a different matter to misguide the trial court for his benefit claiming that the High Court is related to the said matter. What is the punishment and what procedure should the state or the complainant should follow and how?

The concerned Public Prosecutor acting on behalf of the State against the accused can charge the accused for Perjury i.e for lying to Court, for misguiding the Judiciary, for preventing Justice to happen. If the Public Prosecutor wills so, he can initiate Contempt of Court Proceedings against the accused too by filing a seperate case against the accused.
