Filing FIR for cyber financial fraud of Rs 35,000

After me raising complaint in cyber crime site, the investigation team there says that their part of investigation is over and now I have to raise fIR in nearby local police station. Is it safe to raise FIR in this cyber crime matter?, And will I get my money back?, And can I cancel the FIR after raising it?, what are the procedures once I raise FIR in this matter?, please let me know what needs to be done on this case.
