Filing a defamation case against false allegation of 354 of IPC

06-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
i was in a relation with a girl from 3 years. Her father was not happy from our relation and he filed a case against me of IPC 354 without the statement of the girl. i was sent to jail for 13 days & i got bail when my lawyer showed couple photos of me and my gf to magistrate. after that i made and enquiry to commissioner and my enquiry was forwarded to ACP and there i showed my photos with that girl. when they call that girl for statement then that girl said against me to the police and then police recorded her statement. my challan is also not yet submitted because the challan has been stopped by girl's father as he does not want her daughter to go to court. i have all the proofs i.e photos ,call recording , messages.what should i do now i also want to register a defamation case against them

The all facts and documents in your favour.question is, if you want to marry with that girl than try to resolve it amicably other wise you have a legal right to prosecute to both, girl and her father.

- Section 354 of IPC
