I met boy matrimonial site, talked for 4 years without meeting. At first meet with my family he proposed for marriage. Then we met multiple times, got physical (no intercourse). He blocked me and married another girl in USA. His wife messaged me, after talking to me she created fake email ID from my name n threatened her husband. I got to know about fake email ID when he called n gave me death threats. What case can I file if not rape? He is in USA

You can file a complaint against him for giving you death threats. You need to take any information you have regarding the threats and visit your nearest police station. However since he is nit residing the country, there will not be much that the police can do.
