Fileing Of Suits By L&t Finance Ltd

I borrowed a loan of 1440000 lakhs from l&t finance purchased innova vehcle in 2013,paid 50% loan and a signed blank cheque was manipulated for 10lakhs and cheque bounced case filed in 2016 at bombai court as per agrement jurdiction and accused appearing in the said court regularly from 2016.again on same finance issue l&t filed another suit at kolkata on 05/10/2018,under sec 420,406,120b i escaped with vehcle in contrary to above case as iam witnesing in the above court since 2016 ，how it is law full to file suits in diffrent states beyoned jurcidiction ,contrary to agrement . Plz guied me
You need to go to the court and fight for your rights for justice that two criminal cases have been instituted against you in two metropolitan cities, quashing is an option but it is better to go for trial and get it dismissed and issue penalities for misleading court
