Have filed Filed petition In Madras High Court under direction for police to give CSR and to take action on the complaint given to the station , hearing is coming soon.. what will happen in the hearing it is a single bench Judge.. what will the public prosecutor do? Will he ask for more time for the Police officials to take action on the complaint given by me... Complaint was on Cruelty to married women, dowry harassment, domestic violence.

police will ask to register the complaint by the court if there is there cognizance prima facie committed then it should be dealt according to law if there is no no offence Ada compliant then the court will drop the complaint so instance direct investigate the truth of the complaint and to register the case
