Filed FIR two years ago charge sheet not yet filed what can I do

1) It has been already 2 years since i have registered the FIR . Still the charge sheet is not filed yet. How long it will take for such cases to file a charge sheet by police. 2) how long it will take for the court to dispose the case. 3) how to recover the documents from the opponents and submit them to court so that they can't modify the documents further. 4) Can I request for forensic report to prove the forgery . If Yes , what is the procedure to request. 5) What should I do if the police tries to close the Case by using some tricks. How can I fight for my case. Hindu religion,
Sir,
1) In the instance, in fact as per law the charge sheet to be submitted within 90 days from the date of F.I.R.
2) There is no time limit set for the disposal of criminal cases, However high courts gives directions from time to time to the lower courts to dispose of the old pending matters.
3) To recover documents from your opponents, send letter or file application in the court.
4) Yes you can request the court to forward forged document for forensic report.
5) If the police try to close the case , still you think , there is an issue pending to resolve ,then write to letter to the higher police authorities and escalate the case to be continued till the purpose of case filed

Since the charge sheet is not filed even after 2 years, you should move the court for speeding up of process.
courts normally take about 12 to 18 months to dispose of the cases.
You should ask the court to direct the police to recover the documents and submit the same in court and you may also request for forensic report.
procedure for request will need to be informed to you by your lawyer ( the reason is since it is an FIR, It is a case conducted by Public prosecutor( government) VS Accused. You are the victim and to move the court, your lawyer should file as friend of victim assisting the prosecution.
