Filed a fake FIR of 376 and 377

I filed a fake rape case on a guy on section 376 and 377 and have said that he promised to marry. nnI was on matrimonial sites even after having physically involved. Can this go against me. Even before filing FIR, i was on matrimonialWhat to do. Can promise to marry case happen on him if i am already on matrimonial looking for matches even after having physical connect with him.

If you have filed fake case u/s 376/377, then you must go for quashing though high courts are not considering quashing for 376 etc but still u can try ! If that doesn’t work out then changing or getting hostile during trail in only the option left for you ! Matrimonial sited have nothing to do with the same, no matter even if u are physically connected ! You may hire expert advocate in this regard! Be in touch Thanks
