Filed 498A case no action taken by police

Hi, I have filed FIR under 498 a and also filed Dv against my husband and mother unlawfully n father in law, with evidences(letter,sms n emails for threats regarding dowry desputes and eye vitness statements ). It has been more than a month I hv filed cases but police hv nt arrested anybody asas nobody living at known address and court summons also nt executed I tried to contact protection officer at respondents site for knowing whether summons executed or not but they r ignoring phone calls. What should I do to get fruitful results kindly reply thanks
Dear client if they r not residing on given address then u need to find their new address and then court will issue fresh summons. U can see in court whether summon execute or not. U will get information regarding that from court file. For any legal help call me

If police have registered your complaint then they will have to arrest those persons. Kindly verify whether any anticipatory bail application is filed by the accused. You may also approach the higher authority of police if u smell any malafides. In Dv you may consult with ur lawyer as there are ways out to secure their appearances.you will get the fruitful results.
