Since you have already been given Anticipatory bail, therefore, you will be enlarged on bail in the event of arrest. Now you have to file SLP CRIMINAL in SUPREME COURT for quashing of the FIR. Trial will take time.

No they cannot, firstly 354D is a bailable offence so police will let you off on bail even if they arrest you and filing of anticipatory bail is not required , secondly when the police files a chargesheet you will be summoned by court and required to take bail on the day of Appearance. There will be no arrest. However you would be required to appear before court on all dates.

hello client hru. as i can see that you are saying that you are very sure that your which is been filled against you is totally false and fabricated . as you have gone fir quashing of FIR but high court has not got convienced from your arguments of your advocate . so your petition got dismissed . in my openion if you are very sure that your case is false and fabricated and you are able. to prove it in court then i can assure you you will get relief from high authority there must be a mistake on your side thtbis the only reason that your petition got dismissed. as per law if you have proof then you should urgently take steps again for justice.
