fight with neighbour long time but before some day fighting

i ask you how to write complaint of our neighbour i call 112 but i don't write FIR because my son study in XII CLASS and he is only 16 yr old my neighbour bit my son with invold his holy family member i am women his bit me also, my area "IO" don't interest written my FIR he said your child mistake he is arrest , neighbour elder son working in civil line home garde SDM office i think he use SDM power...????

than just file 156(3) CRPC petition in court... magistrate gives order to register FIR against your neighbour... in this type of cases mostly FIR registered through court... if your case is of Delhi contact us

You can always file a written complaint against the culprits with the police station of your area. And if the police are not doing anything then you can also file a complaint under section 156(3) before the magistrate. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
