My fiancee broke engagement with me after 2 years and kept physical relationship with me and now he is marrying at Indonesia how can I sue him?

as you have been cheated through your fiancee you can file a criminal complaint against him at police station that he cheated you. That after having a physical relationship with you now he is refusing to marry you.
