Few years back because of my friend they field a scst case on me

Hi, I have a SC ST case on me .because my frnd involved in that incident at that time I was in that place. but I didn't did anything and also I don't know my friend intention. casually I went there then they added my name also. The case is still pending. I want to apply for sub-inspector exam is it possible to become a sub inspector when the case is still pending in the court.
hi you could file quash petition in court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you are not connected to the alleged crime and prove your innocence and could say while applying or could seek for speedy disposal of the case
