In spite of withdrawing, one FIR was put B report and second FIR charge sheeted concealing some material. However both the parties still compromised and the complainant has given the affidavit stating the FIR was withdrawn at the police station stage further affidavit has been given to PP. The charge sheeted CrPC 448,323,354,504r/w34IPC section without conducting any inquiry by police.
