Falsely implicated in ndps case u/s 20 & 22

My brother is falsely implicated in ganja selling case (commercial quantity). Nothing recovered from his possession, no money transaction with them & as per CDR details of police his location also not there only problem is he contacted with 4 accused person which 2 was arrested on the spot & 2 surrendered later He & his wife contacted because they are friends & relatives But contacted from his wife' mobile number because his mobile was damage So how to get bail from district court

We would like to inform you that as per the law first you have to file one bail petition before the district court so that your relative can release from jail. Thereafter, approach to the court for bail.
