Falsely accused of Sexual harassment. Is there a way out ?

27-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
This incident is almost a year back now. I knew a girl from my office only when I used to work for TCS. She was the one who initiated everything and even asked me out for the first time. When we began to get close we discussed the prospects of our marriage. This was a mutual decision and not mine alone. We both decided to take up the matter to our parents. Then suddenly one day she texted me that get marriage got fixed. She had all this made up. She had someone else which she never told me. Circumstances led me to confront her in office and I just held her hand when she was going away from me. She made up a case for sexual harassment on me. Upon several investigations by the office panel....they realized that she had made up the case...but still they served me with a warning. The office HR off the record said to me that she is a girl and she is even threatning them to penalize me. Fearing damage of my image in the society I had to leave the job and India as well. Can I get justice?

Has she registered any case, she has to prove harassment by some evidence. Contact further for detail info.

Hello,

I understand the situation that you went through but the law in India are pro women, and strangely these type of things are now happening on regular basis. I hope that there is no case pending on you, I suggest that if there is no pending case against you then there is no occasion to initiate a process. i hope you understand my concern.

Regards
