Falsely accused in 498A case without marriage

I am 26 year old and male.in august 2016 one girl creat a false case on me 498 (A) she didnt have any proff of marriage. I went jail for this and no any proff against me but it happed.innov 2016 I got bell through patna high court the girl already married with another person already in 2011 so court get bell and now few month later she told me that cone at home and just give money then she will close the case but I denied so then she sexually harassed me and I am male but victime for rape no one can belive this for only make avidence she happed all and now blackmailing me that she is pragnant and will again case me so now I cant share all this to anyone plz help me
In India it is impossible to file a rape case against a girl or any girl conspirator. You can file a complaint under section 323 of Indian Penal Code for simple hurt and you can also file a case for damages but you can not file a case for rape.

No one stop anyone to file any case against any oneone. Its the court to decide wether allegations are true or false undet the circumstances and witnesses produced. In your case if some one is harassing you please inform the appropriate authority and keep it as proof to produce as n when needed.
