Falsely accused for sexual harassment at work place case what to do

I have been falsely accused of sexual harassment at work place. I need guidance on what should be next course of action and how should I deal with this.

First confirm whether any complaint has been lodged before the jurisdictional police station and FIR has been registered or not. If FIR is registered, apply for an anticipatory bail to avoid arrest from the police. I suggest you to contact an advocate in this regard for more information.

Please go through the Enquiry Proceedings, produce evidences to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to prove false accusations . Upon completion of Enquiry , seek the enquiry report which the ICC ought to provide. You can challenge the Enquiry Report before the Labour Court .

You should challenge it's before need to verify FIR and charge sheet under which sections had mention in that..and which type of harassment they filed and what are the documents or evidence they it's very important ..should contact advocate as soon as possible

6Hi... first you have to keep in mind that thare is a chances of F.I. R will be registering against you. if yes you apply for anticipatory Bail .After that we can proceed with the law. you will get chances to prove your case.
