Filing a knowingly false case is itself a punishable crime under BNS Sections 217 and 248. If you are already facing a defamation action, the best course is to apologize and try to settle. Otherwise, you may face criminal conviction and civil damages. Going forward, never misuse legal process, as it not only harms others but also exposes you to multiple legal liabilities

For that it’s required. I need to see the defamation, complaint or legal notice which has been served to you. Also, I need to review the defamatory statements which are made by the opposite person against whom you have file of false criminal case. If you want to proceed further, please call me.
