Q: Company HR not issuing documents and salary slip after resignation, po

I resigned from my previous company and clearly mentioned in mails that I will not continue after 31st August 2025. The company unilaterally extended my last working day to 9th September without giving any official resignation acceptance. I had already joined a new company on 1st September but due to some issues I left that new company as well.Even after submitting my asset handover mail, the company is not providing me my documents, relieving letter, last month’s salary slip, or PF closure. They are also not giving any proper guidance and are forcing me to visit the office in person without valid written reasons.I also had several conflicts with the HR, and now I feel she is taking personal revenge by deliberately delaying my documents and causing mental harassment.What legal action can I take against the company and/or HR to get my pending documents and salary slip, and to stop this harassment?

Well, it’s depend on your appointment later. It is very important that we review the appointment letter under which terms and conditions they are not relieving you or they are not providing you all the necessary documents after relieving. Also it is very important to see the circumstances under which they are not relieving you. Of course, they cannot hold your relieving letter or experience certificate, but what terms and conditions has been discussed from your side with HR. We need to review that you may call me to discuss for, and we can move ahead with the legal action.
