False sexual assault complaint

My lady colleague threatens me that she will file sexual assault complaint on me. We had a mutual consenting relationship. What is the legal step to prove my innocence if she goes ahead with police complaint.

Dear Sir, It has become a fashion to turn mutual relationship into rape case in collusion with police. So you are in danger at any time a false FIR may be registered so you are advised to get anticipatory bail even before filing FIR and thereafter quashing petition may be filed before High Court if FIR is lodged.
