In a false cross case on a incident in previous case an ngr case u/s 323 and 506 ipc was registered in which the accused pleaded guilty and sentenced to pay fine after that in a retaliatory complaint on the same date the accused lodged a false fir stating the earlier case was false. In this fir chargesheet was submitted by io without considering the ordersheet of previous ngr case and with false witnesses statements is the fir quashable?

Prima Facie it seems that a case can be made out of this and presented before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing, but before coming drawing an initial conclusion the documents are required to be verified.
