False promise to marry new loksabha bill

Advocates I need your understanding on clause 69 of loksabha new bill related to false promise of marry Now girls can openly misuse law By when will the bill be psssed and if the Fir has happened before the bill is passed does this new law still be present

the new law will not be applicable till the time it is passed by both the houses of parliament and get the presidential accent. till that time the older law will be applicable as the courts functions only on the laws which are in existence. I currently have a case in which a false promise has been given to a lady since last 10 years but despite continuous efforts no case of rape has been registered as yet though it has gone to the extent of dcp
