My husband had affair with a lady for 7-8 months and now she has filed complaint of rape on false promise to marry.What consequences can we face in future and what should we do next

You should contest the cases which has been filed against your husband. Provide all the evidence that you have in your favour. You can walk free. Further there is a latest judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court wherein it has been held that a consesual sex between adults cannot amount to rape. For further guidance contact me

File a qiashing of FIR before High court stating all your facts of the case. There is a chance that the FIR might be quashed. In case you still not have got bail then file one bail application as well. Contact me for further guidance.
