False promise to marry a common case now a days

Advocates, my question is about 164 statement and 161 . In 161 she says that even before meeting she had intimate conversation and the day she met she booked the hotel room and came inside my room now in 164 all this is not mentioned. 164 doesn’t contain any events that are not their in 161. Relationship lasted for 2 years. What can we understand from it

From the points stated by you here, it simply means the lady has filed a false case against you and that is why changing her statement in 161 and 164. In my opinion, you should go for quashing of the FIR rather than going on with the case. For further discussion, you can approach me.
