False promise of marriage got pregnant what action can I take

I was staying apart, from my husband from 2011 on mutual understanding and recently filed divorce petition.In 2014 I meet a guy and was promised mee for marriage and done sexsual harassment regularly and I was pregnant and had miscourage also he was saying once his brother gets married then he will marry mee and know his brother is married he run away with the help of his family member and saying he is in tension and don't want tomarry mee he never allowed mee to work plz suggest what to do
Dear client if yr divorce in yet not final then yr relation with that guy come under adultery. So u cannot do any thing against him. If yr divorce is final by court then u can file complaint with police against him for rape under sec 376. For any legal help call me
