Q: How can I withdraw complaint against an agency

Sir,I paid money for merchant navy job placement to marine agency through his agent.for completing 18 month onboard ship training as deck cadet. But agency provided only 4 months.after that I complained against that agency in dg shipping.Now he is giving my money back by hand.but he is taking whithdrow complaint with notary. 1 sir plz suggest, can I withdraw complaint against that agency? Bcz he doesn't want to give proof money returned. How shall I withdraw complaint with him t hat he neve case file against me bcz he is getting problem due to my complain so he is giving my mony by hand.

you need to approach a proper experienced lawyer and discuss the matter with hi, you can withdraw your complaint any time stating that you had filed the complaint out of misunderstanding. you can also say that due to the intervention of some elderly friends or relatives you don't wish to continue the complaint.

I was staying apart, from my husband from 2011 on mutual understanding and recently filed divorce petition.In 2014 I meet a guy and was promised mee for marriage and done sexsual harassment regularly and I was pregnant and had miscourage also he was saying once his brother gets married then he will marry mee and know his brother is married he run away with the help of his family member and saying he is in tension and don't want tomarry mee he never allowed mee to work plz suggest what to do

you can approach a good criminal lawyer and draft a detailed and proper criminal complaint mentioning all the ingredients of section 420 and 376. once your complaint is complete you can give it to concerned police station.

Q: Girl threatening to commit suicide what can we do

It is for my brother ... Few days before he get in to a relationship with a girl through social networking .her parents came to our house also. we have talked a healthy conversation. After some day that girl was starting to control him.not only that she is telling that she I'll committe suicide if my brother will not do what she will ask. My brother and that girl never meet with each other.they may be close through ph only.what to do in that situation? If the girl will really suicide what can we do then? He does not want to continue the relationship .how to come out from this

first of all you approach a good criminal lawyer immediately. he shall draft criminal complaint for you stating all the facts you mentioned like threatening to commit suicide and all. it is criminal offense to threaten like this. you must inform the concerned authorities .

Q: Can person be charged for producing fabricated evidence

I am original complainant in an offence wherein Charge-Sheet is filed against 2 accused u/s- 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 201 r/w-34 of I.P.C. During investigation Police took statement of Mr. Joshi (doing liaison work) he stated to Police that he submitted document (forged by accused) to govt. office in 2002. But 4 documentary evidences proving that fabricated document was submitted by Mr. Joshi in year 2008 and not in 2002. My Query: (a) Can Joshi be tried under S-191, 192 of IPC and liable for punishment u/s-193 of IPC (b) Can I file a complaint u/s-340 r/w-195 CrPC to Mg.Crt

it is better to wait till he deposes in the court. you shall have an opportunity to cross examine him and prove his falsehood before the court. then court it self can proceed against him under s. 340. meanwhile you can sit with a good criminal lawyer and find out how you can file more criminal complaints against him.
