False Promise Of Marriage FIR Has Been Lodge

My girlfriend lodge a FIR false promise of marriage dt Aug 2020 under section 417/376/406/506/494 of Indian penal code .till now polic not ask me any questions for investigation or court not send any letter to me .from today FIR has been registered 5 month before .what should I do? Please suggest me

Immediately get an order of anticipatory bail else you'll be arrested at any time by the police. After obtaining an order of anticipatory bail go for quashing of criminal proceeding against you which will help you in your employment in future also. Dont delay in getting anticipatory bail since it will be an extreme difficult condition if you are somehow arrested. All the best and regards

You should take an anticipatory bail . False promises are to be proved by the opposite party . Or else the case is always open . It's better to take precautions . It should be shown in the court no false promises should be proclaimed by the opposition
