False promise of marraige and having sexual relation

I was into relationship with a person who promised to marry me and accept my daughter later on knowing that i was pregnant with is baby 5 months he abused me and ran away to UP after which my featus got spoiled . I went to police for help who filed a case of 376 against me and arrested him on 31st may but now he has got a bail and the case is in his favour. His lawyer and family now claims that it was not his baby as his medical is not conducted .No proper investigation is done.He payed money
