Notice to be given to a doctor for serious matter pertaining to his involvement in issuing a false medical certificate and wrongfully attesting LIC policy document in the absence of the signatory

A doctor issuing false medical certificate for LIC policy can be prosecuted as per the Indian Penal Code, it amounting to fraud. You can send a legal notice to the concerned doctor through an Advocate taking back the fake medical certificate.
