False marriage promise and breach of promise

Hii My friend was in relationship with a guy from 3 years he first raped my friend then promise to marry her she is of 26 age and boy is of 31 he always insist her to marry him and obtained a consent by giving false marriage promise. When a girl family knows about relationship they called a boy with his family and engagement was fixed after engagement ceremony at the time of fixing date for marriage boy family said they are thinking of this marriage boy is not ready now but her parents convinced them and marriage date was fixed but on that day my friend and his bf fought for this and from that day boy started to avoid a girl and blocked her my friend belongs to poor family and boy is in govt job my friend lodged fir against him and he was prepared with the Bail he got the bail in session court on the fact that my friend wrote that Maine kis faltu se pyar Kiya.judge thought a guy is innocent now tell me what should my friend do she want his Bail to be canceled and he should bepunished
