False FIR registered against me

A false FIR has been filed against me where even my name is spelled wrong, there was no address mentioned but the police are coming to my house and threatening me.So what else can I do without bail so that I can prove innocent from this case?

dear client as per your query since fir is filled against you so ask for the fir copy try to find out whether it's bailable or non bailable section filled against you or you can also ask the police in details and say that your spelling is wrong and no address is there who did the fir against you..
