I am not victim but all batch name was there in fir what should I do
Approach High Court and file a petition uner Section 482-CrPC for quashing of FIR.
Till then co-operate in the investigation willingly. If you are not involved in the crime, you will be acquitted.

Simple solution is to approach court.. if false fir is registered against ur batch, then u guys need to file criminal writ petition to direct public Authority to investigate the matter Properly and for the quashing of the FIR...
