False Fir Regarding Posco Act on My Brothers

My brother has been implicated in false Posco Act by police for Money. My brothers age is 17 years and he is doing BTECH from Lucknow .Police and Victim Family are Demanding 7 Lac rupees for Compromise.Police has created false evidence and already submitted false chargesheet.Police is putting someone charge on my brother head.where as my brother does not even have name in 164 statement.My Brother is in the children jail still i am running for the bail.Already bail got rejected from Children Board and Session Court ,now I have appeal in Highcourt but I don't know that bail will be happen or not.
Please help....................
