Greetings for the day, In these circumstances, you can apply for an anticipatory bail before the sessions court and the same can be decided by the said court within 7 days from filing. If the allegations made against you are totally baseless, then you will get the anticipatory bail easily.

The probability of getting anticipatory bail depends on the specific facts of the case, the severity of the charges, and whether the court is convinced that the applicant does not pose a threat to the investigation or to witnesses. If the court finds merit in the application, bail can be granted within a few days, often within 1–2 weeks, depending on the court's workload and procedural requirements. Adv. Mahinder Singh Mavi

Sir, there is no bar under SC/st act for the concession of Anticipatory bail unless prima facie case is made out. Hon'ble court is very much competent to grant the anticipatory bail. However you can expect regular bail after the filing of the charge sheet against the accused. For further query please contact us.
