False FIR by wife on myself and parents

Wife complained to SSP office of her hometown city lucknow to file FIR against me u/s 498a. SSP office lko sent order for enquiry to Noida . My Noida thana investigated and sent report to SSP office that wife has given false complaint . So FIR was not lodged. Now wife approached CAW cell and filed FIR against me, even after the investigation by SSP office which was in my favour.
Can I challenge false FIR in Noida court u/s 156/3 and u/s 200. Pls reply

yes you can challenge for false FIR because police officials already investigated on it and got false complaint. no need to be panic . lodge a complaint against your wife for making a wrong FIR and misusing the law and order .
