Q: False FIR by wife on myself and parents

Wife complained to SSP office of her hometown city lucknow to file FIR against me u/s 498a. SSP office lko sent order for enquiry to Noida . My Noida thana investigated and sent report to SSP office that wife has given false complaint . So FIR was not lodged. Now wife approached CAW cell and filed FIR against me, even after the investigation by SSP office which was in my favour. Can I challenge false FIR in Noida court u/s 156/3 and u/s 200. Pls reply

yes you can challenge for false FIR because police officials already investigated on it and got false complaint. no need to be panic . lodge a complaint against your wife for making a wrong FIR and misusing the law and order .

Q: How to secure from wrong complaint by girl because everyone care about

I am 26 year old. I purposes to a girl in manner way she said 'no' . She is living in my colony. Sometimes we interact in same time and she think that i followed her. Sometimes me and my friends chilling out on tea stall. If she sudden came for tea and observing our conversation and sundden giving bad look to me. I am not stairs her, not follow, not trying to stop her,. My question is. Can she file complaint against me.??? This time i am feeling harassed

it is depending on situation . as per your information she can not file a complaint against you. it will be better for you to maintain a distance from her and try to convince her that you are not following her. tell your parents about the situation so that they will manage if you can otherwise for some days make a large difference from her. overall if you are not guilty then don't be panic. if she is mentally harrasing you then you can file a complaint against her at nearest police station for the mental harassment.
