False FIR against me (sec 419/420/467/468/471/120B)

It happened because i purchased a property from someone who after selling his property moved to another city. Few days later another person claimed that he has paid advance to the same seller and since the seller is absconding, I am liable to return his advance. Since I denied he bribe the local police station and lodge false FIR against me and the police lock my property by breaking the original lock. It was a baseless FIR so judge give me BAIL on the 1st hearing. Till date my property locked
dear client as per your query since the owner did fraud he sold the flat to you and also took an advance amount from another person you won't be liable to return the advance and find the legal heirs they will be liable
and without any reason your flat is locked you file for quashing of the case...
