false electrical theft case against me.

west Bengal state electricity distribution company charge a false electrical theft case against me on 11/04/2017.
one 5 KW 3 phase motor running for agriculture purpose. on the month of march they claim 15950.00 rupees, on april they claim 16150.00 rupees. and for may 6500.00 rupees. Total amount (15950.00+16150.00+6500.00) Total amount 38600.00 rupees.
Total no of days 90.
90 days * 20 hours per day* 5 Kw =9000 unit *4.28 rupees per unit=38520.00 rupees.
Now my question is when I theft the electricity?
if u have paid the bill as per your querry then you have not committed any theft then you should appear before the Learned Court where the case is filed and show all the bills you have paid before that you should meet the distribution company and ask them on what basis they have filed this theft case.
